We designed more than 8400 digital Ship–Helicopter Operating Limits (SHOL) charts for a wide range of helicopters and helipads :

  • From 1 150 kg to 33 400 kg aircraft.
  • Up to rotors with a diameter of over 24 m.
  • From 6 m radius up to 14 m x 14 m helipads.

MARGO for SHOL design ensures a fully integrated process with your organization’s internal network and verifies the integrity of the data.

MARGO for SHOL design software suite will make it easier for you to create your SHOL charts and use them in your organization.

This software suite MARGO Mark Z is named by the French Ministry of Armed Forces as ZEPHYR-HEOL

End-to-end systems, it includes the creation tools, the validation workflow and the operational interface to deploy SHOLs on your ships and helicopters, with dedicated applications (Windows and iOS).​

  • ZEPHYR is dedicated to SHOL design
  • HEOL to aviation operations (ship crew and aircraft crew)

MARGO Mark Z suite (aka ZEPHYR-HEOL within French Navy)

  • has been in operational service with the French Armed Forces (French Navy) since July 2024
  • Full Operational Capacity (FOC) was reached in autumn  2024
  • System on board all helideck vessels, from OPVs to aircraft carriers, LHDs and destroyers with all their embarked helicopters, whatever their origin: naval aviation, air and space, army, customs, civil security, allies & partners helicopters.
